This policy explains what information Healing with Avani LLC, doing business as Electric Alignment Functional Health (“Electric Alignment,” “we,” “us”), collects through this website and our application, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you apply for coaching, we ask for your name, email, phone number and answers about your health history, symptoms, goals and lifestyle. Some of this is health information, and we treat it with extra care.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and embedded tools may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
- Embedded content. This site uses Google Fonts and an embedded Loom video. Those services may receive your IP address when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether our coaching is a good fit
- To contact you about your application and book a discovery call
- To deliver and personalise coaching if you become a client
- To keep the website running and secure
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your application is collected and stored using GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our client management software. Only the Electric Alignment team and the service providers we use to run the business (for example our CRM, scheduling and payment tools) can access it, and only to provide our services. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing avani@electricalignment.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK, the EU or Australia), you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honour those requests.
Security
We use reputable software providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so please share only what you are comfortable with.
Not medical advice
Electric Alignment provides functional health coaching and education. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat or cure any disease.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
